Technology & IT Manager

Modernization is my default setting. In my current role I’ve led 7 IT modernization initiatives — tripling classified (SIPR) workstation capacity and rolling out enterprise software across 85+ active projects, recovering 800+ labor hours a year in the process. I back it with a BS in Information Technology (2025, summa cum laude, 4.0 GPA) and two decades of running technology in environments where downtime isn’t an option.

This site is self-built and self-hosted, part of a family of MRDOTS platforms I design, deploy, and run — the same plan-build-operate loop I bring to organizational IT, just on my own stack. See what the LLC builds at MRDOTS LLC.

What this means in your organization

Someone who plans technology refreshes, defends the budget for them, fields the hardware, drives adoption of the software, and measures the hours saved is an IT Manager, Technology Operations Manager, or Digital Modernization Lead. The transferable core: infrastructure capacity planning, enterprise-tool rollout and adoption, security-conscious administration, and modernization tied to measurable productivity — not technology for its own sake.
